"We started an annual cocktail party at our home in February 2006 and have used Carson every since that first party! We have enjoyed two very successful, stress-free cocktail parties and a sit down dinner for ten guests with the help of A La Carson. Working with Carson was an amazing experience all around! This was our first experience hiring a caterer to host a couples "cocktail" baby shower and we will never do it any other way! Carson helped us chose the perfect menu, prepared a flavorful and creative spread of hors d'oeuvres, and provided a friendly and professional service. She came in and prepared everything ahead of time, cooked and served delicious food, and left our kitchen in better shape than before! "One word: Amazing! My fiancé and I want to thank Carson Price for making our engagement dinner in Richmond one that we will remember forever. From the very beginning, the highest level of service, superb presentation, and excellent selection and preparation of food was noticed and appreciated by all of our guests. We had an intimate garden dinner for 12 set at a long table adorned with candles, beautiful place settings, hand calligraphied name cards, the whitest linens, an elegant menu atop each ribbon-tied napkin, and seemingly endless selection of wine. Carson handled all of it! Each of the 4 courses was graciously served on time, and cooked to perfection.... We started with Gazpacho served with seasoned breads and Olive Oil, then Fresh Greens with a marinated Mozzarella-stuffed Tomato, drizzled with Basil Vinaigrette. The main course was Lemon-Pesto Glazed Chicken Breasts stuffed with Spinach, Feta and Roasted Red Pepper accompanied by marinated Asparagus. The dessert was a Mint Truffle Ice Cream Terrine drizzled with mint and chocolate sauces. Unbelievable food!

At one point during the evening, I stepped away from the long table, looked at all of the glowing candles, great friends talking and laughing, and absolutely delicious food and I knew that the whole evening was perfect. Thank you Carson for everything."
